VIRTUAL INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

Anyone anywhere can get on a BigTime strength and conditioning program. We can bring you everything a strength coach for your favorite team can bring you –except the facility to train in.
By completing our profile sheet and giving us as much information as possible on what kind of program you are looking for we, design the program you need, send it back to you via email or through the mail if needed. We will provide online assistance through email and you will have the ability to tap into what BigTime Athletic Development has done for so many young athletes for the past 10 yrs. If you don’t have access to a good training facility, or you want to do more than what is available to you through your school this is your chance.
BigTime Athletic Development has the ability to design a program for your situation. With our software we can provide you with an easy to follow program that is tailored to your sport, level, time of the season, your goals and needs. We can even project the amount of weight you should use on some of the exercises based on a percentage of your 1rm. We can generate these programs for 4, 8 and 12 week sessions. Along with the hard copy of the program you get a disc with video clips of the exercises that you need to know for your workout. Each clip also has comments and diagrams of key positions for every exercise. There isn’t a better way to learn how to do exercises correctly if you don’t have access to a professional or can’t afford one We can update adjust and add through the internet.
We have a library of every exercise for weight training, speed training, plyometrics, sport specific exercises, core exercises and any thing in between. Our virtual strength coach program can be for individual athletes, schools , teams and even coaches. If you are interested as an individual then we work directly with you to get you the program you need to get where you need to go. This is what it looks like!
We establish a profile of every athlete and what their goals are.
We design a workout based on sport, level of fitness and sport, age, goals, time of the year-preseason, inseason, postseason etc.
BigTime can get a baseline of your strength and fitness. We give each athlete a testing sheet that they need to fill out for us to get that baseline. We do other testing also but our baseline testing is vary simple we use a few tests to get a baseline of your major muscle groups. We take that info and use it to predict the weight of some of your lifts.
We use percentages of your 1 rep max to design each workout. We use a projected max to eliminate injuries.
We combine the workout with the maxes and we deliver a workout that is personalized to each individual.
With the hardcopy of the workout each athlete gets a video library of each lift in the routine. Each clip has documentation, diagrams and comments of how the exercise is performed.
BigTime Athletic Development also provides free online assistance for every athlete that signs up for BigTime training.
We adjust and change about every 4 weeks if needed.
