What is BigTime Athletic Development ? What is BigTime Training ? What is a BigTime Training program? When a young athlete gets involved with BigTime Athletic Development he or she has committed to the single most influential program in their athletic career. So much time, effort, emotion and money is devoted to skills development, game experience, club teams, high school teams, that training to be a better athlete gets pushed to the side.

BigTime believes in training programs that are adapted to the athlete, their sport and their level. Every athlete that trains with BigTime trains for their sport. We have programs and have trained kids for every major sport-Football, Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, Lacrosse, Hockey, Softball, Volleyball. BigTime has trained kids in all of those sports.
BigTime Athletic Development doesn’t try to replace what an athlete does at school it adds to it. The facility that BigTime has is more than capable of giving each and every athlete an opportunity for the most complete sports training program available.

Our strength training programs have produced incredible results. We target exercises that build power and explosiveness. Programs that concentrate strictly on strength and don’t incorporate the speed component of training will ultimately fail and the athlete will not be satisfied with the end product!

When athletes come back from college and they routinely state that what they are doing in college athletics is very similar to what we do at BigTime Athletic Development we know we are on the right track. We also get kids that believe what they did with BigTime Athletic Development is better than what they do at the college level

Flexibility: We use a very comprehensive dynamic warm up/stretching routine that every athlete has to do every time that they come into our facility!
Strength Training: You have to have strength to have power with out power you can’t be a great athlete. Our training programs are very sport specific and we develop explosive strength-strength that can be used in their sport. We don’t train to just be good lifters!
Core & Stability Training: Every program is packed full of core training. To be a strong explosive athlete core strength is essential. BigTime provides sport specific core training as much as possible so the athlete is prepared for his/her sport.
Increased strength and power: This is what it is all about-power and explosive movement! You can’t have power without strength. Every program is designed to develop explosive strength not strength that can’t be used in your sport. BigTime Athletic Development programs are dedicated to building explosive, quick powerful athletes.Our power circuits are unique, challenging and engaging kids would never of believed that they could do so much!

We have used BigTime for the last 5 years for our team and for individual training. BigTime has done alot to help us get where we are today! Great place to develop athletic ability as well as baseball skills. The video analysis is an incredible tool.
