What goes into a good program ?


  • A committment to working out
  • A plan for overall fitness
  • Set your goals and work towards them.

  • Program consists of:
  • Weight Training
  • Aerobic Training
  • Core and Functional training
  • Eating plan

  • Commit to a minimum of 3 days a week for training.
  • Try to do some type of aerobic exercise almost every day.

  • Programs that are moderate-challenging but not overwhelming-work the best!

  • Reward yourself for reaching your goals.

  • Commit to a minimum of 12 weeks of exercise to see results that you are looking for.

  • Remember some of it is going to be hard work!
